What We Believe
While some claim that class action cases are more for the benefit of the lawyers than clients, Schatz Nobel Izard puts clients first. We make communicating with clients a top priority. Through a web site and electronic newsletters, SNI provides clients with a way to stay informed about their pending cases. Lawyers in the office give clients their direct lines and return calls personally often to the surprise of prospective clients. We want clients to stay informed and work with us to make important decisions in a case.
Andrew M. Schatz believes that concentrating on the interests of clients has delivered strong results. “I think our focus on our clients has pushed us to pursue a higher percentage of losses,” explains Schatz. “We’re not out to settle as quickly as possible.”
“It’s their case, not ours,” says Robert A. Izard. “Our role as lawyers is to advocate for the greatest benefit for our clients, and if that means going to trial or going through several rounds of mediation until we reach a reasonable settlement, then that’s what we’re going to do.”
Our class action attorneys continue to be proactive in managing lawsuits on behalf of clients, and strive to be approachable at all times. We stand behind our cases. We aren’t paid unless we recover for you. At the end of the case, our fees are decided by a judge and paid from any amount awarded to the whole class.
